У нас (в Comverse) ищют начальника проектов (PMO -Project Manager Officer)
Job Description:
- Full responsibility throughout the project’s life cycle: planning, execution and closure
- Responsible for defining the projects management plan (project scope, customer requirements, effort analysis, risk analysis etc.)
- Complete accountability for all commitments given to various customers (including content, schedule, cost and quality).
- Overall project responsibility including: deliverables, schedule, quality, risks, progress monitoring, and documentation.
- Responsible to synchronize and track various project activities with internal and external interfaces.
- Responsible for all technical and managerial aspects of the project
- Work closely with accounts/customers to coordinate and assure successful delivery
- Responsible for implementing Project management methodologies and processes.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality project deliverables
Job Requirements:
- Academic Degree, B. Sc. – advantage.
- At least 2 years experience as Project Manager
- Previous managerial experience (R&D / Testing / Integration)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000
- Strong technical background with both wide system perspective and in-depth analysis capabilities
- Experience as software development in C, C++ env. - advantage
- Experience with customer-facing activities
- Experience with R&D life cycle
- Ability to lead and monitor cross-organizational processes
- Ability to lead and monitor multi-projects activities
- Matrix management capabilities
- Highly organized and details oriented
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good familiarity with Microsoft Office package ( Word, MS-Project ……), Business Objects, Bug Tracking, Doc managements toll – an advantage
- Familiarity with SS7 & VoIP – an advantage
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
